I have been applying for credit cards everywhere and it seems that since I have no credit that I won’t be approved for one. Well the whole point in me getting one is so that I can BUILD credit. I have looked at EVERYTHING, including student credit cards and cards that are “beginner cards” and don’t seem to be having any luck. I would prefer a VISA, MasterCard or a Discover card. Where can I apply for a credit card where I can GUARANTEE that I will be approved.But I want one that doesn’t have an annual fee. I don’t care how high the interest rates are since I will always pay everything rearward now (again, this is just so I tin start to build some credit).

LOL….there is no such thing as a 100% guaranteed approval. Do you really think that there is a bank out there that issues cards to people with no job, bad credit, under 21, and a mountain of debt already??
